Office ‘Hey Girl’ pink bow court shoes

I bought two pairs of shoes from Office last month. I know, I know: I’m not proud of myself, trust me – and the circumstances of those two purchases don’t make them seem any more justifiable, unfortunately. See, I’ve been obsessed with the brands ‘On to Point’ pumps since last summer, when I bought a pair in nude suede… then another pair in GREY suede, and, finally, a third pair in black suede. In my defence, they’re hands down the best pointed court shoes I’ve ever found on the high street (Also in my defence, I firmly believe that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with owning the same pair of shoes in multiple colours… just maybe not QUITE as many of them as I seem to be acquiring…), and they’re actually really comfortable to walk in, despite the height of the heel.

Anyway, for a few months now, I’ve wanted to buy a pair in nude patent, purely so I don’t wear my Louboutin ‘Pigalles’ out by wearing them so often. The problem was, which ‘nude’ to get?  Office do a few different neutrals, you see, and I wasn’t quite sure which I wanted, so I ordered two, with the intention of sending one back. Well, I don’t have to tell you what happened next, do I? Yup, when they arrived, I STILL couldn’t decide which colour I liked best, so I ended up keeping both of them, and here’s where it gets REALLY bad – this month I had every intention of buying the same shoe in pale pink. No, there is absolutely no justification for that – please don’t think I don’t know that.

I say I HAD the intention of buying them in pink. That was before I came across these ‘Hey Girl’ pumps… which are basically ‘On to Point’, but with a bow on the front. SOLD. Er, probably literally: because I’m writing this post a few days before you’ll be reading it, and I’m willing to bet I’ll have given in to the temptation of these shoes by the time it goes live. Anyone fancy a bet?
