Remember the Carvela ‘Assess’ shoes you all chose for me to receive from my Fairy Shoemothers at Sarenza?
Well, the shoes actually arrived last week, but I wanted to give you more than a couple of quick photos of them, so here, courtesy of Shoeperman, is a quick video to show you the shoes:
So, as you can see, these are pretty eye-catching, with their bright, suede uppers and colourblock design, which combines purple, pink and gold. They have a three-buckle Mary Jane strap, and although the heel is very high, at 14cm, the combination of the similarly high platform and secure ankle strap means that they’re much easier to walk in than you’d possibly expect.
I ordered my usual size, which fits perfectly, so I’m very happy with them.
Thanks again to Sarenza for allowing me to be part of their brand ambassador programme, and have the opportunity to try out these wonderful shoes! If you’d like to buy a pair yourself, meanwhile, you can click here to do it.
Thank YOU Amber for such a great blog post. Those were the pair I would have gone for too. Love the pink and purple contrast colours. Shoeperman is a dab-hand at the video recorder too 😉
Oh it is nice to see a video, it really helps you see how the shoe looks in real life! I would love a pair of these of course…. Was that tin foil on the floor by any chance? Haha!
Some foil and a few hard disk drives 😉
wow, now I see them on a foot I love them more 😀
Those are nice and I love them with the stocking too. But WHEW that’s over 200 converted EEK… hmm? I’ll pass for now =[
Beautiful! Video, shoes, colors, really great! Waiting for the outfit and “they were now saved!”
Ah, I think that might take a while, unfortunately – I still have no idea what I’m going to wear with them! Might wait until Autumn so I can wear them with those tights 🙂
Wow, they really are high, aren’t they? They look a lot better on than in the picture.
Great shoes! I really liked the video! I’m sure you’ll find something to pair them with, you don’t have to wait until Autumn.
BEAUTIFUL shoes….i fell in love with the black and lime green combo ones during my Xmas holidays to the UK but by then i had bought too many shoes and these seemed extravagant…NOT ANY MORE!!!
