Ted Baker rose gold Arunn strappy flats
I know I’ve mentioned this once or twice or twenty times lately, but I’ve been looking for a replacement pair of flat, gold sandals for absolutely ages now, so it figures that, when I finally found the perfect pair, they’d be all of £120, wouldn’t it? Seriously, why must this always happen to me? I can guarantee that if ShoeperMan and I are out shopping for something, I will always, ALWAYS pick the most expensive version possible, and then cry when I realise I can’t possibly afford it: so unfair!
Anyway, these may be rose gold rather than yellow gold, which is what I was actually looking for, but I’m not about to quibble over it, and, in fact, I think I might actually prefer this shade. If nothing else, this colour would work really well with all of the rose coloured clothes I’ve been buying up lately, and even if it didn’t, I’d still want to buy these, because they’re just SO pretty, aren’t they? I primarily associate flat sandals with summer days, but although these would work perfectly well for that purpose, the best thing about them is that they’re also dressy enough to wear – well, just about anywhere, really. I know those who don’t like wearing heels often complain about the lack of other options for them, so, if that sounds like you, these could just be worth the investment, because they’re the kind of thing that will easily see you through tons of nights out and other special occasions. If you’d rather have something with a closed toe, meanwhile, I also love these:
They’re also rose gold, and they’re also totally gorgeous, but these ones are £75, which might seem a little more acceptable to you. Or, then again, maybe not…
Nice comfortable shoes..
