SHOES: Ted Baker Keanah2 pumps, c/o Sarenza
SAVED: New Year’s Eve, 2011
WITH: River Island dress; Accessorize clutch
I’m very late with my New Year’s Eve Shoe Save post: our holiday season has been so busy I feel like I’ve hardly had time to breathe, let alone blog (so I guess it was a good job I queued up all those posts before Christmas, or there’d have been nothing to see here for quite some time!), but things are starting to get back to normal now, and with just a few short weeks left until the end of the Shoe Challenge, it’s time for me to get my skates on. Or, in this case, my glittery Ted Baker peep toes on.
When I got these shoes, the week before Christmas, I knew that if I was going to save them by the end of the Challenge, New Year’s Eve would be the time to do it, so it’s just a good job we didn’t decide to just stay at home this year! As it turned out, we went to a party in a local restaurant with both of our families and a couple of friends, so the sparkly shoes got to be saved. They almost didn’t make it, though: I was in so much of a rush that I had literally two minutes to snap these photos – or rather, Terry did, because I didn’t even have time to set up the tripod! I think he did a pretty good job, all things considered!
I hope you all had a good New Year, however you spent it, and that you’re all ready for some serious shoe saving: just six week’s to go until the end of the challenge!
P.S. These shoes are still available here, should you want a pair!
You look stunning Amber! Happy 2012! xx
Gorgeous shoes! Happy new year. X
These shoes are gorgeous and I’m glad you got to save them! I loved how you paired them with this equally gorgeous dress! You look stunning. And Terry did a great job with the pics!
Aww you look gorgeous! I saw this dress in a magazine :)) And you’re brave going sans tights!
Amazing dress and amazing shoes, you look fantastic!
We did just the contrary! I wore black for Christmas and white (and pink) for new year’s eve!
I’m going to be late in posting my new year’s save 🙂
ADORE the dress, very Stella McCartney! The shoes are very NYE appropriate, but weren’t you freezing (At least while going to the house to the car, and car to the restaurant :P)
ou also, your hair is looking super fabulous!
Nope, I was outside for less than 10 seconds, and the weather has been reasonably mild for December!
I love those shoes! I was in the Ted Baker store yesterday and I had my hands on those babies. I did manage to restrsain myself for now, but I am not sure how long that will last…
These are beautiful shoes – so sparkly and festive! Petfect for New Year’s Eve 🙂
Love the shoes, love the dress. You looked stunning!
Love the shoes, happy new year if I haven’t already said it!
