These have to be some of the strangest and most elaborate heels I’ve ever seen:
It’s not easy to see against the white background, but the heel is plastic and apparently features a “bird like” sculpture. At first I thought it seemed completely at odds with the heavy, sheepskin boot it’s attached to, but on closer inspection, I guess the effect is supposed to be like an ice-sculpture, which is certainly a very “wintry” effect. It’s still not an effect I’d personally go for, mind you, and I think I’d worry about breaking part of that heel off, but what about you? Would you spend £1,119 on these boots?
Ugly, and not helped by the fact that the actual boot part looks like one of those heated booties for pensioners

lol! That’s EXACTLY what they’re like, too! Now I can’t get images of the “Giant Slipper” out of my head!
Heel-mania is going crazy! The sculpture is similar to the one on some perfume bottles by Nina Ricci…

Ah, that makes a little more sense. Only a little, though!
Dana is exactly right. They look very much like the birds that can be found on L’Air du Temps perfume by Nina Ricci (I know this because that’s my mother’s perfume). I still can’t decide what I feel about them being on a boot though…
Well, if had was rolling in money and had a limousine to take me everywhere, I’d actually consider buying them. I like the heel and think they’d look great with the right outfit.
Too bad I’m a student without a sedan-chair and they are about 1,100 over my budget…
I kind of like the heel, but I think they should be on white, more delicate shoes. I think this pairing is just awkward.
When I saw the headline I totally thought you meant the heels were sheepskin, and I was all confused. Now I’m just disappointed.

I like these to look at, but they seem too impractical and costume-like to actually wear. They’re kind of fairy-tale villainess, don’t you think?

How much? For a plastic heel that looks like you are wearing spurs?
