Moda in Pelle ‘Kingston’ leopard print court shoes, £71.99
When I wore my leopard-print pumps a few weeks ago, I mentioned that the second they started to wear out through over-use, I’d be instantly on the lookout for a replacement pair. Well, my own shoes are still going strong, but I think I may have already found their successors, in the shape of these Moda in Pelle ‘Kingston’ pumps.
These have a bolder print than my existing pair, and a more pointed toe, and both of those are points in their favour, because it makes them that little bit different (and allows me to consider buying a pair, even although I don’t actually need them…) . I always think that animal print looks best on a very simple shape, and these shoes tick that particular box, too: they’re a classic court shoe, with only the bold print to hint at their wilder side. I also like the slim stiletto heel, and, of course, the fact that they’re currently on sale: you can buy these for £71.99 at Spartoo, and most sizes are still available.
I can’t think of anything to say about these shoes. They’re just… meh, to me. Please God, don’t tell me I am getting sick of shoes!
