Missguided ‘Pamela’ nude glitter heel sandals, £29.99

I was gifted some Missguided shoes earlier this year, and was really impressed with the selection on offer, so I’ve made a point of keeping an eye on the ‘footwear’ section of the site. These ‘Pamela’ sandals are definitely my favourites of the current selection: they’re available in pink, silver, black and nude, and while I like all four, I think this nude/gold combination would probably be the most versatile – in my closet, at least.

These have lots of features to love: the glitter-covered heel is the most obvious one, but I also like the double-strap ankle fastening, which connects to a slim t-bar, leading to a single strap over the foot. They’re the perfect combination of “barely there” and “look at me”, and, as I mentioned, the nude and gold colourway will make them a versatile choice for eveningwear, with tons of glamour.

Is that the cutest thing ever? Sadly, I think it would probably be too short for me to wear personally, but if you can pull off this kind of length, it’s a gorgeous little summer dress, and very reasonably priced, too. While the dress has a “daytime” feel to it, I think it could easily work as evening or occasionwear, too, and there’s nothing like a pair of glitter-heeled strappy sandals to help make that particular transition, is there? This dress would also work with the pink version of these shoes, while the gold upper will go with just about everything, as I mentioned. You have a difficult choice ahead of you then: nude or pink, which is it to be?
