THE SHOES: Gianvito Rossi red patent pumps, £445
What can I say about red patent pumps that I haven’t said a hundred and one times before on this site, I wonder?
Honestly? Not much, really. So I’m going to keep the words to a minimum on this one, and let those stunning red stilettos speak for themselves.
One thing I will say, however, is that Gianvito Rossi is definitely up for Shoe Designer of the Year at the totally fictional ShoeperWoman Awards, which I just this second invented. I’ve been consistently impressed with the brand this year: as you can imagine, I spend a lot of time looking at shoe websites every day, and I’ve noticed that very often the shoes that jump out at me will turn out to be either Christian Louboutin or Gianvito Rossi. Says it all, really, doesn’t it?
There are tons of ways to style red shoes, and I’ve shown you quite a few of them over the years ShoeperWoman has been in business. For this pair, however, I’ve chosen to keep it classic, with a selection of “can’t-live-without” wardrobe basics:
THE STYLE: jeans // trench // watch // bag // shirt
It’ll be far too boring and basic for some of you, but I honestly don’t think you can go far wrong with an outfit like this. Mind you, I don’t think shoes like these ones can ever really be described as “boring”, either!
The shoes speak for themselves, really *drools*
The ShoeperWoman Awards should totally be a thing, by the way. Please, pretty please?
Ha, if I have time I might do something around Christmas 🙂
I second Ghalia’s comment, you should definitely do Shoeperwoman Awards!
Also, these red heels are glorious.
