All of the glittery/sequined party shoes that are around at the moment have got me craving something a little more casual and practical – and trust me, those aren’t words I often find myself uttering!
These studded flat boots from Dorothy Perkins are the perfect antidote to the party season, without being too “sensible”. Despite the oh-so-fashionable studs, they also look like the kind of boots you’d get a lot of war out of, and which would only look better with wear, although as they’re not real leather, that may not actually apply.
They’re £55 and available at Dorothy Perkins.
For as long as I can remember I’ve loved boots with studs and straps. I think it harks back to the time spent on the back of my boyfriend’s motorcycle in my early 20’s. I love them!

I think these are horrible. I’m sure you can find better “sensible” shoes than these, I mean come on, they’re not just horrible, htey also look really cheap.
I am worried that these boots would make me look like I have cankles.

I love this one, this are shoes for rock and walking 😀
Oh stop showing things like this – I’m going to exceed my boot-buying quota for the season! 😉
These boots are terrible, I took mine back as the backs scuffed badly after the first time I wore them. The soles aren’t long enough therefore the boots just scuff of the ground at the backs making them look worn and old.
Its a shame cos I really liked them
