This week I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about coats: specifically THIS coat:
J Crew Majesty Peacoat in mint
J Crew’s ‘Majesty’ peacoats are modern classics, and it’s not hard to see why, is it? The cut of this one is exquisite, and the colours are to die for: I particularly love this aqua ersion (because, obviously), but the hot pink is also pretty special.
Sticking with the green theme for just a moment…
Banana Republic Wool Cashmere Ribbed Bateau Pullover
I badly need to update my knitwear collection (Yes, I know I keep SAYING it, but until I can actually start DOING it, I’m afraid I’ll probably just keep on saying it…), and I really love this mint bateau sweater from Banana Republic. This slash-necked shape is one of my favourites, and I don’t find sweaters in this style often enough for my liking, so I should probably put my money where my mouth is on this one, huh?
Back to coats, though…
Zara red water-resistant trench coat
I love Zara’s water-resistant trench coats so much I have two of them, but I think this is the first time I remember seeing them release this coat in red. Wouldn’t this make a wonderful splash of colour on a dull autumn day?
Still with Zara…
Zara blue and white stripe skirt
I have a feeling it’s probably a little late in the year for this skirt, but, well, that didn’t stop me buying it anyway: enough said.
Finally…
Simple, but super-cute: this navy heart-print dress is one of those dresses you could easily dress up or down, and which I have a feeling will look better in person than it does in the image. Then again, I HAVE always had a soft spot for heart-print…
I really like the Wool Cashmere, it would go good with a nice pear of jeans that would be a great look.
