I promise that one day I’ll stop writing about boots with studs on them. That come in a choice of purple/black/blue. Just… not today.
These ones are by Dorothy Perkins, and manage to tap into all of the aforementioned trends. Looks like there’s going to be a LOT of blue and purple around in the coming months, which is fine by me, because I love both of those colours. With that said, if you’re on a budget (and let’s face it, most of us are) it’s probably safer to go for the black, which will be a lot more versatile.
If you’re bored with black, though, one good thing about these particular boots is the price: they’re £45, which makes going for a bright colour seem a little more reasonable. Or maybe even buying more than one. Not that I’d advocate that AT ALL, you understand. Ahem.
I’d def go for 2 pairs, given the price and the fact that half my wardrobe is purple and the other half monochrome 🙂 Exaggeration aside, you’d have to avoid rain/snow as DP says they’re actually only textile, not suede, but great for going out if there’s no risk of bad weather.
Don’t stop writing about boots with studs on them! I love studded boots/shoes. My favorite of these ones is the blue pair.
As you may have realised, I’m a bit anti-stud these days but I could be persuaded to buy the purple ones. I like ’em.
