This is another pair of shoes that would’ve been perfect for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately they didn’t appear on the Topshop website until this week, though, but hey: every day’s a good day for heart-print shoes, isn’t it? That’s what my granny always told me, anyway…
These aren’t just heart-print: they’re mint heart-print, which basically makes them super-awesome in my book. (Did I mention I’m obsessed with mint right now? Did I?) As you all know, I rarely wear flats, but these are very sweet, and I like the way the gold hearts contrast with the green upper. Although it’s hard to tell from the photo, they do look like soft-soled flats, which I wear frequently around the house, but which won’t last for long if you’re wearing them outdoors, or doing lots of walking in them. They’re the kind of shoes that are handy to have around, though, and if you don’t happen to be in the process of dressing yourself in head-to-toe mint right now, you’ll be pleased to see that they’re available in other colours, too.
These are £19 (Which is actually more than I usually pay for flats, if I’m honest. Not only am I cheap, I think I’ve been spoiled by New Look, and their £7 deals…), and you can click here to buy them at Topshop.
I love these – the coral & lavender ones would be perfect for Spring.
Not actually gold hearts, it’s a cutout : )
Indeed, that’s why the title describes them as “heart cutouts” 🙂
Aaw, I REALLY want these, especially the lavender and peach ones, but with shipping and import tax to Norway the price skyrockets a bit too much 🙁
Well, I just found out Topshop has stopped shipping to Norway, so I guess that sort of solves my problem, though not the direction I wanted it to take..
Aww they are all so cute! Especially in mint green and lavender! I’m also obsessed with mint green! But let’s be real, who isn’t? 🙂
They look so flimsy! like you would cut your foot on a pebble and feel every crack .
I like them, and I like all the colours.
