I promised myself I wouldn’t buy any more shoes this close to the end of the challenge, because all I’d be doing would be making it harder for myself to actually finish it, but damn, Next are making that promise really hard to keep…
These shoes are… well, they’re just adorable, aren’t they? Adorable and reasonably priced, at £35: my promise to myself is getting shakier by the second here! I love the red patent bow, the cute polka dots and the pointed-toe covered platform. I’m a little less keen on the fabric uppers, which will make these harder to maintain (and will also make them very much a spring/summer shoe for me – I wouldn’t want to risk them in the mud around Shoeper Towers at this time of year), but at £35 I’m not going to hold it against them, either.
Next have filed these under “50s-style courts”, and I’d have to agree with that – they’d be the perfect finishing touch to a retro dress (but then again, they’d also look cute with just about anything, wouldn’t they?).
Guess what MY first post-Shoe-Challenge purchase is going to be?

Adorable! You obviously have to buy them. I think I have to buy them too!
Please buy me a pair while you’re at it, I have the perfect dress to go with these.
The bow kinda looks too plastic for me!!! 🙁
Those ARE adorable, but I agree the material is a little fishy.
methinks you bought these as they are in your top bar thing. 😛
Where can I buy these? I have been searching for polka dot shows for my wedding and have had no luck. It’s always been my dream to have polka dot shoes on my wedding day!
