Happy new year, everyone!
I hope you’ve all had a happy and relaxing festive season, and are looking forward to 2015. As always, the thing I’m most looking forward to is summer, and while I know this will seem strange to those of you who revel in the snow and rain, one of my favourite things about January is seeing the spring/summer collections start to filter through to stores.
It’ll be a long time before we actually get to wear most of these styles, obviously, but their very existence is a nice reminder that spring is just around the corner, and winter won’t last forever. As much as I love spring/summer fashion, however, I have to admit, I’m not too keen on most of the shoes in this lookbook: if these photos are anything to go by, spring 2015 is going to see a continuation of the sensible sandals and athletic styles of summer 2014, neither of which were my favourite trends: let’s just hope there’s at least a smattering of stilettos, too, to keep Shoeperwomen like me happy!
Clothing-wise, there’s a bit of a late 70s/early 80s vibe to some of these, with the loud prints, elasticated waist jumpsuits and patchwork pockets. If you’re a fan of novelty clutch bags, however, it looks like there are quite a few of those too, so you should have a nice selection to choose from!
Take a look at the gallery below to see these looks in more detail (just click on the image to see the larger size!), and don’t forget to let me know what you think of them all!

I agree with you. Not a fan of most of the shoes. I like that coral-orange swimsuit though!
