I buy a little too much from H&M. I’m always telling myself I’ll try to cut down, but they have such a wide selection of clothing, at such reasonable prices, that it’s hard for me to visit the site and NOT find something I want to buy. Oh, and although I know some people complain about the quality, I’ve had a lot of good luck there, and normally find it pretty good value for money.
Which brings me to these gold glitter ballet pumps. Now, shoes are the one item I DON’T often buy from H&M, because I find the sizing to be slightly erratic, so I generally have to try them on first. I’m very tempted to add these shoes to my next order, though, because they’re pretty much perfect as far as I’m concerned. If you’re a longtime reader, I’m sure you’re sick to death of hearing me talk about the versatility of gold ballet flats (I’d like to say I’ll try to stop repeating myself, but I don’t think I can offer any guarantees on that ones…), but while glitter-coated versions may not seem like they’d be quite as versatile as leather ones, but these would look just as good with a pair of jeans as they would with the kind of clothes you’d normally associate with glitter shoes, and it’s much easier to get away with glittery flats than glittery heels, so I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to get your £20 worth of wear out of them.
If you ARE in the market for glitter heels, however, these ones are down to just £10 in the sale:
These also come in a red patent upper, and there are still lots of sizes available, despite the low price, so they could also prove tempting when it’s time to place that next order!
