Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Lagoon’ suede pumps, £340
These shoes are pretty much perfect, as far as I’m concerned. In fact, in that imaginary world in which I can spend £340 on a pair of shoes without even having to think about it, these would already be on their way to me, I like them that much.
The reason I like them so much, however (other than the green suede upper, I mean. You can take it as read that I’m going to like a green suede upper.), is one that’s possibly a little bit contentious, because it revolves around that very low cut vamp. You know what a low-cut vamp means, don’t you? Yup, you got it:
TOE CLEAVAGE
The shoe world is divided into those who love it and those who hate it. I have both feet firmly in the first camp (clad in low-vamp shoes, naturally), but I know a lot of my readers really dislike it, which means these shoes probably won’t appeal to them. If, like me, however, you love the beautiful shape, and don’t mind having a little bit of toe on show, you can click here to buy them at StyleBop.

I have no issue with toe cleavage. I love LOVE these shoes.
