Christian Louboutin ‘Belnodo’, £735
I’d normally apologise for showing you a pair of boots when it’s supposed to be Springtime (in the Northern hemisphere at least), but “supposed to be” are the operative words here, unfortunately, and I think these would be just as appropriate now as they will be later in the year. And EVERY day’s a good day for teal suede and bows, isn’t it?
It’s the colour that really makes these boots. Oh, the bow definitely has its part to play too, and it does it extremely well, but that bright teal suede is the real stand-out element on these. I’ve always loved this colour, and am really happy to see it on a pair of boots: it’s a great way to make winter a little more bearable, and it also provides a particularly nice contrast against the red of the sole.
These have a 120mm heel and a small platform, and are £735 from the Christian Louboutin website.
These are so sweet that they almost make me yearn for Autumn. Only almost though, it’s actually sunny here today for a change so I wouldn’t want to wish the summer away just yet!
