As you can probably tell, I’m going through a bit of a “studs on everything” phase.
I spotted these ankle boots at River Island last week, and, well, I needed a new pair of ankle boots, so…
In real life they have a bit of a sheen to them, although not as much as the flash on this photo would suggest. The uppers are more like a kinda brushed suede than a matt leather.
Excuse my ankle socks.
They have a concealed platform and about a 5″ heel, but so far seem quite comfortable to walk in.
(The dog wasn’t asked to pose like that, by the way – he comes running when he sees a camera!)
One thing that surprised me a little is that they don’t have a zip or anything: you just pull them on, which means they’re a little more difficult to get on and off than some other styles. Even so, I can see myself getting a lot of use out of these this coming winter…

These actually look way better IRL, I am digging the slight sheen, gives them a bit of an All Saints vibe. You look hot as mustard in them xx

Those are nice, and they don’t look like they’re trying too hard, like a lot of studded boots do at the moment.

I’ve recently brought some boots like this myself, however they are a dark brown leather with straps going across rather than studs and are fleeced inside! I adore them Sooo much and really want to wear them however I have no idea how to style them out! You look gorgeous in yours and they seem to look really nice on you! I was wandering if you could possibly help me. any advice would be appreciated! Thanks xx
It’s really hard to say without seeing them, or knowing what kind of clothes you have/what your style is like, etc. I normally wear mine with leggings or dresses, but I think they’d work with quite a lot of things.
