I didn’t actually buy these beautiful Christian Louboutin ‘Astraqueen’ shoe boots, but let me tell you, I was sorely tempted … yes, even although summer has well and truly arrived and I’ve no need for any kind of boots, let alone ones with studs all over them! I always think now is the best time to buy boots, though, because now is when the best discounts kick in. These are past season, so they’d been reduced to £240, which, although still very expensive, is way less than they’d have cost full price. My brain likes to try and justify things in this way…
As with most Louboutins, they were beautifully made, as light as a feather, and felt really comfortable, despite the height of the heel. This was the display shoe, which was a UK 5 and therefore a little bit too big for me: I didn’t dare enquire if they had them in a 4,because if the answer had been “yes”, I’d have had to call for reinforcements – in the shape of Shoeperman – to come and drag me away from them.
(Sorry for the blurry phone pic, by the way – I was undercover at the time!)
These are too fab for words. Love the rock vibe to them. I think you should have bought them. Why can’t you wear them in summer? Not on a hot sunny day with a dainty tea dress obviously, but doesn’t it rain occasionally at Shoeperwoman Towers?
I didn’t actually say you couldn’t wear them in summer 🙂 I just meant that I wasn’t particulalry looking to buy a pair of boots…
ohhhh they are preeetty.
mmmmm studs, my new fantasy
The style reminds me of the Cest Moi boots and I loved those. When I tried them on I couldn’t walk though, so I didn’t buy them. The studs are growing on me.
