Miss KG ‘Serena’ black and nude bow peep toes, £60
Continuing with the black/nude theme I unintentionally started this week, these little ‘Serena’ peep toes by Miss KG are just about perfect, don’t you think?
The words “bow peep toe” are always guaranteed to get my shoeper radar pinging: this kind of style is one of my favourites, and, in fact, I think peep toes in general are one of my very favourite shoe styles. I just love the glimpse of brightly-painted toenails peeking out from a fabulous shoe, and when you add a cute little bow to the mix, well, that’s even better!
The nude and black colourway is also a winner here, and will make these incredibly versatile. If you don’t agree, however, they also come in plain black, which is also as nice, but which doesn’t give you the lovely contrast of black-on-nude.

I think these shoes have a bit of a vintage feel to them, so I’ve chosen a similarly vintage-inspired outfit to wear with them. Both the trousers and blouse are from Miss Selfridge, and both items have gone straight onto my personal wish list: I’m a sucker for anything gingham print, and have been looking for a pair of gingham capri pants for years now – ever since I wore my last pair to death, actually! The blouse, meanwhile, is super-sweet, and will look just as good with a pair of jeans or a skirt – I can imagine getting tons of wear out of it, and I’d never have guessed it came from Miss Selfridge.
P.S. If you’ve spotted a shoe which you think should appear on ShoeperWoman, you can now submit it using the online form you’ll find here.
