‘Take a Tumble’ is a rather ominous name for a shoe with such a high heel and platform, so we can only hope this is just an example of Office being quirky with their naming rather than an indication of what might actually happen when you try to wear these. Luckily the crossover straps will help anchor the shoe to your foot, and make them feel a little more secure than a pair of slip on platforms, so hopefully you’ll be safe enough.
It was actually the colours, though, rather than the name, that made these shoes stand out as I browsed the Office website today. I particularly like the bright purple suede version, although the red is undoubtedly the loudest of the three (and perhaps a little too loud for some tastes).
What do you think of them? They’re £78 and you can click here to buy them.
They’re beautiful – I already have a pair of red platforms, so I’m tempted by the purple…
I’m awfully tempted by the purple too. I have purple open-toes for summer, but no purple closed-toe shoes for fall/winter. Hmmm…
Love love love the purple ones!
“Take a Tumble” oh my goodness, that’s a bad name for a shoe! They are pretty, though. I like the red ones.
