Another design from New Look’s latest Limited Collection, and… yes. Bit odd, really, isn’t it? That heel. That heel reminds me of something, but I can’t remember what the “something” is. And I’ve been sitting here thinking about it for way too long now, so I’m going to give up and turn the question over to you: what does the heel on these shoes remind you of? And more importantly, do you like it? Shoe designers seem determined to do different things with heels at the moment, and I guess that’s a good thing, but sometimes I do find myself thinking, “Oh, for the love of God, just leave the heel alone!”
Is it just me?
Jessica Rabbit is what comes to mind. They look a bit cartoon-ish, no?
Is this a sarcastic Question?
If not it is clearly a rip off of the Louis Vuitton Shoes!
They look like the heel has been stuck on upside down!
Not a look I’m liking really.
Deifnatly not somehting I’d wear.
The remind me of an upside-down golf tee.
I agree with Lauren, they are a rip off of the Louis Vuitton heels that Posh wore to the Costume Institute Gala a few months ago, just without the awkward balls that adorned the originals.
what lauren says. totall LV. don’t like these.

To me they look like bell-bottoms, which makes the blue ones seem as though they’re wearing some sort of 70s disco jumpsuit.
the heels remind me of a pedestal sink my mother got when she redid the bathroom lol
I don’t know what they remind you of, but I do know I am not a fan.

Jetsons. Spaceships. That’s all i can really say when i see that heel. O.o
On another note, if the strap was a little smaller and the heel was upside down (or in this case, in the CORRECT position), I would rather like them. They have a very nicely shaped vamp.
I think this shoes look like they’re from the 70’s.

I love them! They’re very similar to what my mother would call ‘lavatory pan heels’! So pretty close with the pedestal sink comment…maybe that’s what they are?
they look like hippopatamuses
I instantly though of the legs from the my little ponies that girls have as kids. Eek.
I’m with Tammy on this one. My first thought was “those look like My Little Pony legs! How cruel to the ponies.” Someone should complain to the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Imaginary Animals.

I would love them if they weren’t in suede… yes I am biased against suede.
I think the buckle is really the thing that makes them look tacky it is just so cheap looking doesn’t fit in with the style of the rest of the shoe being very smooth looking with the suede (which I agree is yuck) it also looks like a really flimsy strap too meaning it would rub and chafe the hell of your ankles.
Yup, the heel is no doubt inspired by the Louis Vuitton ribbon boots that Madonna wore. I’m quite a fan (of the boots, not Madonna…)
The heels remind me of chess pieces – pawns, to be precise :-).
