These shoes appear to have facial hair. Am I the only one who sees it? That huge, purple beard stuck to the toe? No? Because while I’m sure there’s a gorgeous shoe underneath it all – you can see its outline if you look through the fuzz, and there’s even a pretty little black bow on the toe – all I can think about when I look at these is how much I want to give them a trim. Or even a shave, to be honest: I think they’d look far, far better with just the bow on its own. At first I thought it was just the angle, or the colour, or even just this specific shoe, but nope, the grey version creates exactly the same impression in my mind:
I really WANT to like these, though, so tell me: what do you think of them? Are these Shoeperheroes, or are they Shoepervillains?

They have pointed toes, but anyway, I think… they are quirky, maybe I could wear them, but… somehow, the same feeling you have: I want to like them, but something is stopping me…
I think perhaps they have a bit too much fluff, a neat pom pom would be better, the color’s are really nice though
I do like them – the shoes are a nice shape, and the little bows are cute. I just wish the fuzzy thing was a bit smaller!
I really like them, especially the wine colour. Don’t think they’d hold up well to our UK weather though, I envisage a very soggy pompom
Even inside, it looks like the pompom would brush the floor and pick up fluff!
They are kind of pretty, but a little too costumey for my taste. I think Babette (feather duster) from Beauty and the Beast would look fabulous in these 🙂
I think they are they shoe equivalent of a curly cue mustache. Villain for sure.
A bit OTT, but entirely in a good way. I like.
I think the fuzz needs to be a bit smaller, and then they’d be great. Love the purple.
They remind me of a Hollywood film from the 30th – 40th where the heroine is dressed in high heeled slippers with swan feathers and a long silky gown… I think they´re quite nice but a bit too “bed-roomish”.
