I have to admit that, other than a couple of her band’s songs, I don’t know much about Mollie King from The Saturdays. I do, however, know that I LOVE her style: and that whenever I stumble across one of her more casual outfits, I almost always find myself wanting to try and replicate it.
That’s exactly what I’ve done with the outfit above: the photo itself is actually an old one – I first pinned it around a year ago, and have been intending to replicate it ever since. It’s probably still too wet and slushy outside to attempt this kind of look right now, but I’m a huge fan of all-neutral outfits, particularly head-to-toe white, and as long as the weather’s dry enough, I see no reason why pale colours should be restricted to summertime.

Mollie has actually mixed cream and white in this outfit, which is something I generally avoid doing, having grown up with the idea that the two shades are too similar to really work together. That myth is officially busted, however – I think it works really well here, and although I don’t own the exact items I’ve used in the outfit above, I do have ones which are similar enough for me to be able to try this out in person sometime soon. In my case, I’m not a fan of snake print, so I’ll probably swap out the shoes for either a nude or gold pump instead – I think either colour would work just as well here.
