The silver, caged vamp and nude heel on Christian Louboutin’s Corpus 120mm made them the clear choice for this week’s Friday Louboutin Fix. At first glance, they actually reminded me of Zara’s ‘Party’ sandals,, particularly in the black and gold upper, which is the same colourmix Zara used last season. And seeing as I’ve just rabbited on about shoe other than the one I’m actually supposed to be writing about, I guess I may as well show you:

As much as I like the black and gold combo, however, it’s the one at the top of the page that has really won me over: I love the d’orsay cut and the delicate feel of these shoes, and the pale colours will make them perfect for spring. Or, at least, they will be for those of you willing to spend $1,495 on them.
