Christian Louboutin ‘Door Knock‘, £600
With a 5″ heel and no platform, it’s safe to say that Christian Louboutin’s ‘Door Knock’ pumps will probably fall into the category of “car to bar” shoes.
It’s also safe to say that if I was lucky enough to own a pair, I wouldn’t care, because just look at them! The bright red upper is perfectly complimented by the gold embellishment on the toe, and while the basic shape of this shoe is fairly standard, the toe manages to dress it up nicely. Although high, these shoes aren’t quite a steep as some other Louboutin designs, so the angle of the foot, which is good news for the ankles. The sharply-pointed toe, meanwhile, gives these an elegant look, and although I’ve just described them as “car to bar” shoes, the red suede will look good against denim, making them the kind of shoes you could wear with jeans, giving a casual outfit an instantly more polished look.

They are very lovely indeed! A five inch heel is just slightly too much for me, however.
I’m got the black leather and they are basically So Kates so after they break in it’s fine
