Well, it’s not often you come across a shoe as stunning as these for just £35, is it? I mean, just look at that silhouette! My regular readers will probably know by now that I have a huge weakness for shoes with steeply-sloping sides like this: I always think this kind of shape has the ability to make even a very cheap shoe look that little bit more expensive, and the black and gold colour combination also helps in that respect. Although the shape is the real draw for me here, I also like the gold flower on the toe:

For this kind of price, you don’t have to be a shoeperhero to work out that these are all man-made materials. I can’t vouch for the quality, but I can vouch for the fact that they helped brighten up a very rainy Tuesday morning, and a shoe that can do that is OK by me…
