Although these are described as “boots” on the Matches website, they actually occupy that strange territory halfway between boots and shoes that’s been so popular of late. With a shiny gold python print upper and peep toe, these are presumably intended as evening wear, and they’ll certainly make a change from the usual strappy or platform sandals. I have absolutely no idea what I’d wear with something like these (Matches suggest a Preen mini-dress, but the Shoeper budget doesn’t stretch quite that far, unfortunately), but I think I’d have a whole lot of fun finding out. If you do too, they’re down to £390 in the Matches sale.
why does the design sorta remind me for the Jimmy Choo for H&M heels with the Zebra print? (or was it the blue one, I can’t remember)

I am still fiercely against the shoe-boot phenomenon.
