Isn’t it amazing the difference a splash of bright pink can make to a shoe? These Manolo Blhanik slingbacks would have been pretty enough in black, say, but my eye would possibly have glossed right over them, in search of something a little more attention-getting. In pink, however, they suddenly become something special, and it’s fair to say they grabbed my attention, anyway, with the little bow on the heel being the perfect finishing touch. I also love the fact that the straps are made from grosgrain ribbon – so pretty and feminine!
