Kurt Geiger have some pretty jaw-dropping wedges available this season: they’ve gone for a super-bold, super-high look, and these ‘Grid’ platforms are one example of that. I think the combination of colour (which I love) and platform (which I’m not so sure about) will make these too much for many of us, but if you do think these would make an excellent addition to your wardrobe, you can click here to buy a pair: just have your £190 at the ready…
They have too huge shaped sole for me ç_ç (but color rosks!)
Office has some really like this for the same look a bit cheaper. Me, I’d break my neck in them.
I was so much looking for an orange pair of shoes this weekend… anyway, these are too high for me – and sandals… I want some orange court shoes… exactly that nuance!
I see dramatic wedges all over the blogosphere lately – personally I think I’ll always prefer non-wedge heels, even if they are chunky. Particularly in a very bright colour, I think chunky wedges weigh down an outfit by dragging the eye to the ground. And especially for sandals, the heavy-looking wedge seems to unbalance the strappy upper parts.
Ah I love them! I have a pair of cork wedges with the same color orange straps. I love them. While I already own orange wedges, I’d still buy these! I think I might be a shoe-aholic.
Aside from the ridiculous platform, I love them!
I love the color and the upper. I also wish the platform were lower for them to be perfect!
They’re a bit too chuncky for my taste, but I’m in love with bright orange right now.. so not original, but let’s say it’s because.. uhm.. that’s the color of the dutch football team and I’n crazy about footbal?))
