Dsquared’s skeletal style for Fall 2010

I think DSquared2 definitely win the prize for Strangest Fall Collection So Far. These shoes and boots are all inspired by the skeleton: spine and finger-bone heels provide a startling, and somewhat creepy support for the rather more conventional uppers. As dark as these designs are, I love the way they were paired with beautiful dresses on the runway, making the shoes even more of a surprise.
