As you can probably tell, I’ve been a little bit obsessed with wedges lately, although I’m much more of a summer-wedge lover than a winter-wedge wearer!
These shoes could be the ones to convince me to give the style a whirl during the cooler months of the year, too, though: while the sole is as chunky as you’d expect from a wedge platform, the uppers are nicely shaped, and help to offset the clunkiness a little, leaving you with a pair of high heels that would be comfortable enough to wear all day, and which, in the black or taupe versions, could make a good office shoe, too.
The baby pink, on the other hand, possibly wouldn’t go down so well at work (although obviously that totally depends on your job!), but are rather sweet, no? They’re £45 at ASOS.
Their beautiful and I think even in the pink they could be wore to the office depending on what you were combining them with. Very wearable.
These have a really nice vintage vibe.
For that kind of money you could buy them in every colour. Just a thought.
I think that I need those in black.
Ohmygosh! I was lamenting at not being able to own shoes like your red wedge Louboutins but now you’ve given me an affordable option.
Darn it that I’ve just bought a trenchcoat for £80 (yes I KNOW it’s summer…forward planning and all that!) and the hubs has just decided we’re on a spend freeze!!
*swoon*
I bought these last week and receieved them on wednesday. THEY ARE DARLING!!
Ankle strap wedges ARE cool…they just keep your ankles in place even when you’re wearing extra high heels!!!I , for one, love them!
