Shoeperwoman’s Shoes: Office’s ‘Love Me Tender’ nautical heart peep toes

office love me tender1 Shoeperwomans Shoes: Offices Love Me Tender nautical heart peep toes

As soon as I saw these shoes on the Office website, I knew I had to make them mine.  Sure, they’re about as kitsch as it’s possible for a pair of shoes to be, but I love a bit of kitsch. I’m also a sucker for anything even vaguely nautical (the blue and white stripes count) and the love hearts on the toes? Sold, to the shoe superwoman with the thing about love hearts on shoes.

The shoes duly arrived, and are every bit as lovely as I thought they’d be. The uppers are actually a thick canvas fabric, which surprised me slightly because I hadn’t bothered to use the “zoom” function on the website, such was my haste to add them to my shopping cart. They’re super-summery, though, and I’ve been wearing them with faded jeans, tulip skirts and, when the weather gets a little bit better – hopefully sundresses too.

You’ll find some pictures of what they look like on after the jump…

Buy: Office ‘Love Me Tender’ peep toes, £60

I almost always have my toenails painted bright red anyway, but I thought it was particularly appropriate when wearing these!

I am wearing them RIGHT NOW. With a sundress. Thanks to you.

(I am a bit cold, but my feet are effing pretty)

Just out of curiosity, which photo is closer to the actual colour? The blue-red they appear in the website version, or the vermilion they look in your photos?

I like them both ways, I’m just irrationally bothered by ambiguity in my mental colour classification.

P.S. Loving the new site, looking forward to following it!

I know what you mean – I hate it when things look different in different pictures! I think my photo is probably the closest to the actual colour – although they look pretty close on my monitor.

Ohh, these shoes!! I’ve wanted them for a while, but my mom told me not to “waste money on trinkets and shoes”.
Pshh, as if these are a waste. *sigh* It’s tough being a teenager…
