No, YOU’RE obsessed with checking out the Oasis website – even although you know you have absolutely zero chance of being able to justify buying anything you find on it.
Oh, OK, and I’M obsessed with it too: let’s just be honest, here. I keep telling myself they can’t possibly keep on producing new items to tempt me with, but then they go and make something like this floral midi dress, and I’m obsessing all over again. Can you blame me, though? I mean, this dress is not only gorgeous, it’s the kind of gorgeous that will look just as good with tights and/or boots as it does with the shoes shown on the Oasis website. I always find it quite difficult to carry my usual style – which revolves heavily around skirts and dresses – through the colder months of the year, because most of the aforementioned dresses DON’T look so good with boots/tights. This dress, however, would work perfectly – just throw a cardigan over your shoulders, to keep out the chill!
Speaking of dresses that will work well for winter, I also love this one – although I can’t help but wish it had full-length sleeves rather than short ones:
I’ve been really into grey lately, and I think this dress would look awesome with a pair of tall boots. It’s already low in stock in a few sizes, though, so if you love it too, you might want to act sooner rather than later!
Continuing with the grey theme…
I love sparkly knitwear: it’s such a great (and easy!) way to add interest to a winter outfit, and it’s also that perfect halfway house between dressy and casual. This fitted top will look good with jeans, but the short length will also make it work easily with skirts, for the best of both worlds.
The grey midi dress is very cute! I recently bought a similar one, only with long sleeves, by Promod, and it’s very comfy and easy to style, also casual enough for everyday life. I had never tried knitted dresses before, as I found really difficult to find ones that had a flared skirt, but this one I bought is super comfy and also a very flattering shape!
