Not only do these shoes have a flower on the ankle strap, they also have a branch for a heel, making them look like some kind of strange organic growth, rather than a man-made shoe. This is a look we’ve been seeing a fair bit of in shoe design over the past couple of seasons, and I’m still on the fence about it. On the one hand, I like the fact that shoes like this are that little bit unusual, but on the other hand, I don’t actually think the branch-effect is particularly pleasing to look at. What do you think?
What I do love about these shoes is the colour: they’re also available in tan, but this vibrant red is the one that would win my heart. These are $895 at Saks.
Gorgeous, amazing, fantastic, all of it <33333333333
I’m not too fond of the heel, but the colour and shape of these are amazing.
At first glance the heel just looked a bit like it has a skin condition, but in the rosebush context it’s sort of fitting (in a nice way).
I don’t know about the branch but I really do love the shoe.

The heel sort of looks like it has a bad case of herpes.
Otherwise, lovely shoe, I like the concept!
