Shoesday Shoes Roundup

It’s Tuesday – or “Shoesday”, as we like to call it here at ShoeperWoman.com. Here are some of the shoes that caught my eye this week…

Strawberry shoes by Iron Fist

Iron Fist isn’t a brand I often feature here, and “novelty shoes” don’t often appeal, either. The recent warm weather, however, has obviously softened my mood , and there’s just something about sunshine and strawberries that makes them seem like the perfect match, don’t you think? Add a gingham insole (OK, no one else is going to see it, but you’ll know it’s there!), and a wicker effect heel, and you have a pair of very fun, whimsical heels, which are perfect for the season.

These shoes by French Connection, meanwhile, are much closer to my usual style:

green and white sandals

These are much more understated than the first pair of shoes in this list, with a streamlined shape and a single strap across the toe. I love the combination off-white and mint they’ve used here: it’s a favourite colour combination of mine, and just so clean and fresh looking.

white and grey sandals

Sticking with the off-white theme, these Fornarina sandals also look like they’re be really easy to wear. White and grey are obviously both neutral enough to work with most colours, and while I don’t tend to think of grey as a “summer” colour, this year I can’t get enough of it, and have been mostly wearing it paired with blush pink, which is one of my favourite colours at the moment. Speaking of favourite colours, though, here’s another one – and yes, it’s mint green yet again!

mint green pumps

These shoes are by Shellys London, who’ve given the classic pump a bit of a summer makeover, with the mint green upper and cut-outs at the heel and toe. The effect is classic-with-a-twist – which is exactly the kind of style I like!

All of these styles are available at Spartoo UK – happy shopping!
