What’s that in the sky, kids? Is that… THE SUN? I could hardly believe it, but it was true, so naturally I spun into action and went straight into “grabbing what might be the only opportunity to wear a sundress this year” mode. I also took the opportunity to wear my new Lady Dragon cherry shoes, which I’ve been wearing around the house ever since they arrived, purely because I love looking down and seeing the little cherries staring back at me. This was their first trip into the outside world, though. I think they liked it. Aw, my little shoes are getting all grown up!
I’m dreaming of more sunshine. I really hope I get it…
I don’t blame you. Enjoy the sun whilst it last. I am taking my three kids to picnic tomorrow.

Lovely as usual Amber – divine shoes and a great outfit for announcing their arrival into your shoe closet! Seeing them is a welcome distraction from offices abomination that I have just witnessed, Uggs pretending to be clogs, and charging a phenomenal £200 for the *shudder* privilege!
I’m almost afraid to go and look for that, but I fear curiosity will drive me therem anyway! The love-child of Uggs and clogs has to be seen!

Lol! I did get some strange looks when I took a walk into the street in this – people think nothing of walking around with their shirts off here (well, the men do, anyway 🙂 ) but a sundress in summer is just freaky, hee!

They’re so pretty! I’m stalking a couple of similar pairs on ebay, but I don’t know about sizing. Can you give me any tips before I spend money and end up with things that I can’t squeeze my toes into/can’t keep on my feet without the help of duct tape?
Well, I have to go down a size in them, so I think they come up pretty large, but that could just be me!
If they are melissa shoes you should buy them in your regular size. I’ve bought them one size smaller but ended up changing them the same day. They are true to size.

I enjoyed the sun… a little too much. Got burned like all the food I try to cook, I look like a pink tomato… not fun.
