As I think most of you know, I’m lucky enough to be part of the Sarenza Brand Ambassador programme, through which I get a new pair of fabulous shoes to review every month. Joining the programme was definitely one of the highlights of last year for me: some of my very favourite pairs of shoes have come from Sarenza, and the people who work for the brand are some of the loveliest you’ll come across – and I promise I’m not just saying that!
So, want to join? (Like you’re going to say “no”, eh?)
Sarenza UK currently have one space available on their brand ambassador programme, and they’re looking for a UK-based shoeper blogger to fill that space. You’ll find all of the details of how to apply on the Sarenza blog, but in brief, you’ll have to write a short post about your favourite pair of Sarenza shoes, and send the link to @SarenzaUK on Twitter, using the hashtag #SarenzaAmbassador. And you’ll have to do it by 27th January 2012.

Well, folks, tomorrow is New Year’s Eve, which means it must be time for me to make the same bad pun I make every year at this time, and wish you all a happy shoe year – groan!
On a serious note, I also want to say a quick thank you to you all for sticking with me this year, for joining in the Shoe Challenge, for commenting, reading and generally being the most shoeper readers I could wish for. I hope you all have a wonderful New Year: here’s to a very shoeper 2012!
I know many of you are probably either headed home from Christmas by now, or too busy celebrating/wrapping gifts/cooking to be thinking about shoe blogs, but I just wanted to take a quick moment to wish those of you who celebrate it a very merry Christmas: I hope you have a wonderful holiday, with maybe a couple of pairs of shoes thrown in for good measure!

Although I live in the UK, I’m taking advantage in the drop in traffic my sites always get over the Thansgiving weekend to take a couple of days off and see if I can get rid of the cold I’ve had all week.
