Hello, my pretties…
Now, I know I’m a bit late for Halloween here, so it looks like my secret is out: I’m actually a witch. The only reason I have all these shoes is because I can cast spells to make new shoes appear out of thin air:
Oh, OK, not really: obviously if I really COULD cast shoe spells, my shelves would be full of Louboutins. I’m just an ordinary Shoeperhero after all, and this was my costume for the late Halloween party Shoeperman and I went to this weekend. I’d actually planned to go as Dorothy, and wear my Kurt Geiger Jasmine pumps (Which, by the way, I still haven’t included in my shoe count, because I can only really imagine wearing them as part of a costume!), but that plan fell through when I got outbid on the dress I needed for the costume, so I’m going to save that one for next year. In the meantime, though, I had to quickly pull together an alternative costume, so I took the easy option and went as a witch. I also took the opportunity to save another pair of shoes: I bought these in Primark last month. They were about £17, if I remember rightly, so, as you can imagine, they’re not real suede. I was in need of a air of plain black pumps, though, and these are clearly based on Louboutin’s ‘Daffodil’ pumps, which I love, so they were too much of a bargain to pass up.
Wow your makeup is amazing! Haven’t checked dollface yet but did you post any close ups??
And you’re right these are very Daffodil-ish , so pretty!
No, I didn’t take any close-ups of the makeup – it was fun to do, though!
I was just over at your personal blog and wondering about these shoes! The shape certainly looked familiar.
You make a very elegant witch. Terry, on the other hand… well.
Fantastic! I love the addition of the gauze wrap, really makes it sexy!
