I’ve shown you these shoes before – or variations of them anyway. I make absolutely no apologies for bringing them back to the front page, however, because:
a) The previous versions were black and white: these are green, so that’s totally different.
b) They’re possibly one of the most beautiful shoes I’ve ever seen: true Shoe Kryptonite, for sure.
A bright green upper. A sprinkling of crystals. The cutest little bow I ever did see: oh, and they’re also on sale, although, in this case, “on sale” means £724, rather than the original £1,034. I don’t think I’m going to be able to convince ShoeperMan that that’s an un-missable bargain, somehow, which is a shame, because if I owned these, I’m pretty sure I’d be able to get the cost-per-wear down to almost zero – mostly because I love them so much I’d wear them around the house if that was the only option.
If there were another option, however (and I became miraculously wealthy overnight), I’d wear them something like this:
This dress is by Monique Lhuillier, and let’s just say it’s not exactly cheap either. In fact, let’s just say it’s $3,295, because that’s the truth. Wow. Add in the accessories I’ve included here and you’d have to insure yourself before you dared to step outside in this outfit. Fear not, though: I’m pretty sure you’d be able to find a dress in a reasonably similar style somewhere for a more reasonable price: as for the shoes, well, probably not, but if a high street dupe ever appears, I’ll be all over it – well, you can’t expect me to resist Shoe Kryptonite now, can you?
