Sex and the City fans will have instantly recognised the shoes on the right of the image above as the shoes Carrie wears in the movie.
And everyone, SATC fan or not, will have instantly recognised the shoes on the LEFT as more or less exact copies of the Manolo Blahniks, minus that extra bit of Blahnik style. No?
Quite how this one didn’t get Martinez Valero sued is beyond me but the designer-inspired shoes are $164 from Zappos, while the Manolo originals are $945 from Bergdorf Goodman.

If you are going to make an exact copy of a famous shoe, at least price it cheap. I know, the Manolos are much more expensive, but stil, $164 is hardly cheap for such a 100% copy, no?

Yeah, that’s pretty much my feeling too: if I was going to spend $164 anyway (Which I wouldn’t), I think I’d be inclined to just save up and buy the genuine shoe!
do you ever get the feeling that the only reason high end shoes look much better than others is coz of much better lighting/photos?
I’d save up for the Manolos. The copies look like copies and at $164 they aren’t cheap at all!

Eww. I would be so embarrassed to wear these ugly knockoffs!! 🙁 Sad that people get away with blatant copies like this.

I found my knock off(martinez valero) “something blue” shoes for $30 @ off broadway shoes. For only one day of wearing these shoes; I’m so happy to find these at such a great price!!!
