I’m a huge fan of River Island’s design forum, which allows young fashion students to create collections which are then sold in River Island stores and on their website. As well as being an amazing opportunity for fresh new design talent out there, the items it produces also tend to be that little bit more interesting than the typical high street fashion fare.
These bow front sandals may look a little daunting at first glance, especially if you’re not a fan of animal print, but I absolutely love them, and have a feeling they’re the kind of shoes that would look amazing in real life, and have all eyes on your feet! My preference would be for the pale blue colour, which go a little easier on the animal print, but the hot pink would be a little more of an attention-grabber, if that’s what you’re after.

I love the blue pair too.
First, I found them quite a bit too much for my tastes, but the more I’m looking at them, the more I like them, especially the blue-ones!
