As I’ve mentioned a few times now, pin heels aren’t my favourite things in the word, and nor are ankle straps. Or snake print, come to think of it. Something about the shape of Miss Selfridge’s ‘Cher’ pumps makes me willing to overlook all of those things, though, and show them to you anyway. The d’orsay cut and pointed toes give these a very sleek, elegant silhouette, and while I won’t exactly be rushing out to buy them, the black pair are certainly the kind of thing I can imagine wearing on a night out, say.
These are from Miss Selfridge’s ‘Limited Edition’ collection, and they’re £65: click here to buy them.
I’m actually feeling those snake print ones (I know!), but I’d get rid of that ankle strap asap.
I don’t care for these. The rest of the shoe is too chunky for the little dollhouse heel.
Eeek. I really hate the bulbous toes. Or the choice of the uppers.
I think I could deal with pin heels if people stopped slamming a great big platform on the shoe. It just looks a bit hoofy, and not quite sleek.
They’re not doing much for me. Can’t quite put my finger on why.
