Giuseppe Zanotti blue suede platform ankle boots

Blue suede platform ankle boots

I have to hand it to Giuseppe Zanotti: I may not unreservedly love absolutely everything he does (almost, though), but I don’t think he’s ever made a shoe I’d call “boring”, and when it comes to footwear design, that’s a very good thing as far as I’m concerned.

These blue suede platform boots are the kind of thing I like in theory, but probably wouldn’t actually wear: I have a feeling the chunkiness of them could easily end up looking a little cartoonish, but I do love to look at them, and, it goes without saying, I adore the brilliant blue suede.

If you want to wear them, as opposed to just looking, these are $925, and you can click here to buy them from Zappos.

    • This is a really excellent way to ensure that no one here will buy anything from you site, Sarah, and that I will never write about them: my experience is that people don’t like to do business with a bran which thinks spamming people is an acceptable method of marketing themselves. This is a commercial website, and if I allow brands like yours to simply post free adverts for themselves in my comments section, I will very quickly go out of business. It’s an extremely disrespectful way to treat bloggers (or anyone else, for that matter), and I really hope The Tight Spot will reconsider this approach.

  • I love the colour, but agree with the chunky comment. You may as well just be wearing blue suade wedges…
