Emilio Pucci black and white toecap pumps, £725
Yup, it’s yet another toe-capped pump. I keep thinking I’m going to run out of examples of this style to feature here, but nope, they just keep coming, and with no complaint from me. Whereas most of the current crop of toecaps seem to be in either tan and black, or some combination of pastels, these Emilio Pucci heels go back to the very classic black and white look, which always makes me think of old-time musicals and men in spats.
These have a 120mm heel and look like they’ll place the foot at quite a steep angle, so I’m not sure how much dancing you’d end up doing in them, but I think they could be an amazing finishing touch on a monochrome outfit!
