The red version of these shoes have been on my radar for a while now, but the appearance of their blush-coloured counterparts on the Spartoo website is what finally prompted me to show you them.
These are actually two different models: the nude/blush shoe is called ‘Grosvenor’, and is £39.99. while the red version is ‘Evitu’, and is £48.99. Other than some subtle differences in the shape of the bow, I’d have a hard time telling them apart, and I’d also have a hard time deciding which ones to buy: there’s nothing wildly exciting about the bow-toed court shoe, but I think it’s reached “classic” status (for me at least), and these two colours are staples for my shoe collection, too.
Most of all I like the fact that, with no platform and a reasonable heel height (these come in at around 4″), they’re the kind of shoes which would take you almost anywhere and, in the case of the nude version at least, work with any other colour in your wardrobe.
