Pink and purple galaxy print peep toes from River Island

Nothing says “summer” quite like a shoe with a giant flower on the toe, does it?

What I particularly like about the flower on the front of River Island’s galaxy print peep toes is the fact that, rather than being made out of some kind of fabric, which can start to droop, and look a little sad after a few wears, this one is in a hard-wearing plastic, with a diamanté centre:

“Galaxy print”, on the other hand,  isn’t something I’d have expected to like, but I think it’s understated enough here to work well with the rest of the design, while still looking a little bit unusual.
