Glitter: it never goes away, does it? This time it’s been added to a pair of sandals by He Can Can Do No Very Little Wrong, Nicholas Kirkwood, and the contrast between matt-black heel and glitter upper makes it a little less in-your-face than some glitter shoes. Mind you, I’ve been rather obsessed with all that glitters recently, so I’m very easily swayed by the sparkly stuff at the moment. What’s the heel height on those? They look steep! I think glitter can go too ways: fabulous or cheap and nasty depending on the size and saturation of the glitter. I like the contrast on these.
