As today is Non-Casual Friday, I thought I’d show you a pair of appropriately non-casual shoes. These ones from D&G certainly fit the bill, being encrusted with gold sequins which look like they’ll be constantly catching the light and looking even sparklier than they actually are.
The temptation would be to pair these with something equally dressy, but I actually really like the way the folks at My-Wardrobe have styled them: with a simple pair of jeans and a tailored jacket: a really easy way to work a non-casual element into even the most casual of Fridays.

LOOOVE them!!! Great find, and yes, I definately agree that pairing them with tailored jeans/pants, a simple top and a blazer is best. It really focuses your attention on the shoes themself.
