Shannon Britt ‘Abbey’ pointed toe feather pumps

shannon britt flats Shannon Britt Abbey pointed toe feather pumpsOK, I know I said I was coming round to the idea of feathers on footwear, but these shoes are just flat-out bizarre to me. I mean, how would you walk in them without standing on the feathers all the time, and tripping yourself up on them? Wouldn’t they get absolutely filthy from trailing along the floor constantly? Do they remind anyone else of a dead bird lying on someone’s foot? Is it just me?

If it is, these are $300 at Endless, and are sold as wedding shoes, although I guess you could wear them anywhere that seemed to require white, feathery shoes. I’m just not sure where, exactly, that might be…

So useful! When you don’t have time to sweep the floor properly, just pop these on and shuffle around the room for a minute, et voila!

Actually that’s really inventive. The shoe could come with replaceable feather things that get the dust to stick to them and be targetted at busy people who work from home. :-)

The Jimmy Choo feathery shoes were good. These are not.

These shoes look like they have wings. Yuck, the feathers would look so dirty and gross after you wore them in the street.

I wish these angel-imposters would die and go to … well they’re naughty, so you know.
